I work to place the piece truly and at the right scale, but treat this preview as an illustration of roughly how the piece will look, not an exact match, since the real piece may look slightly different. Every frame is hand cut and finished in my studio rather than mass produced, so its wood grain is genuinely one of a kind. Please do not rely on this preview to decide whether a piece will fit, measure your wall and check it against the dimensions listed for the artwork and its frame. Those dimensions are the ones I stand behind.

I painted this from partway up, with one tree close enough to block half the view and a whole range of snow peaks going soft with distance behind it. That in-between vantage point is the point: not the summit, not the trailhead, just the place partway up where you stop, catch your breath, and realize how far you can suddenly see.
